These resources are designed to support families through the complex work of raising children and teenagers using a values-based approach.
Rather than relying on rigid rules or punishment, this framework focuses on relationships, responsibility, safety, and repair. It reflects research in child and adolescent development showing that clear expectations, strong connections, and open communication support better outcomes over time.
Each resource is practical, adaptable, and intentionally simple, offering families shared reference points they can return to when things feel uncertain or when challenges arise.
Current resources are designed for specific developmental stages and are best used as conversation tools, completed together rather than imposed. They do not condone risky behaviour, and instead prioritise safety, honesty, and wellbeing.
